A traditional slow-cooked mixed-grain porridge, sterilised and sealed in cans for an 18-month shelf life without preservatives. Four recipes are available - longan & lotus seed, donkey-hide gelatin, xylitol (sugar-free) and bird’s nest - each with a solid content of at least 55%. An excellent staple line for supermarkets and wholesale channels.
